Happy Halloween

31.10.11

 It's Halloween but it's Monday.
Since I have to wake up early for work tomorrow, partying tonight isn't gonna happen.
Instead, watching Edward Scissorhands can makeup for the loss of going out for fun.
Wanted to pick one favourite scene of my all time favourite Tim Burton film, but it was just too difficult.

I'm sure everyone's seen Edward Scissorhands. Is there anyone else out there who cries every time like me? The story is so sad yet Tim Burton managed to create a wonderland out of it. Pure Genius

Winona + Johnny is LOVE
Oh how I wish the two were still together!
(oops, am I showing too much of my geeky creepy side?)

I'm obsessed! These photos are definitely my recent favourites.
Time to head out for some outdoor fun before Winter arrives.

Happy Sunday everyone

whats the question?

28.10.11

named the Toiletry Case, this Proenza Schouler treasure is far from our normal kit to the powder room. But this cutie could easily fool others into believing it's a clutch. Arggh the great dilemmas in life. If you're all go, you can click on the add to cart button via my link below, and I'll hate you for buying my dream toiletry case.

Buy here (if you dare)

speaking of toiletry cases, it's Friday night.
Will definitely check out girls' pouches tonight to determine whether I should get this baby...if I stay sober enough that is :P

...in the dark!

How awesome would it be to wear one of the looks in this editorial to a club? Sorry, I'm being sarcastic. I adore this set of photos, but for some reason, it reminds me of the aquarium.

update: went to a club yesterday and again realized it'd be kinda cool to wear these actually "visible" clothing there haha

diptyque

26.10.11

My collection of Diptyque products.
I'm in love with the scents they create, so soothing and gentle.

I'm trying to find my "signature scent", as for now,
it's L'ombre dans l'eau
If you can find Diptyque shops, go take a sniff, you'll be blown away by how warm and special the fragrance is.

The Baies candle complements the parfum quite well.

The other two products were used in the past, my mom has stolen the Philosykos bottle from me, she loves it! I'm happy she's taking care of the unwanted things on my desk. And Choisya candle was my first Diptyque candle, LOVED it and I've been hooked to the brand ever since!

Too bad I didn't get the chance to visit their boutique on Boulevard Saint Germain, though I hung out in the neighbourhood all the time :P

 (from: zac fashion, fgr, moodboard)

Autumn means leaves turning red, occasional rains, and bowls of hot chocolate with pumpkin pie. yum.
While I'm stuffing my mouth full with sinful delices,
why don't you take some time to take a look at these fab pics.
Sweet inspiration indeed.
Though I love crisp Autumn, I'm still looking forward to freezing Winter, so I can crawl into a ball next to the heater and do nothing for days.
By the way, it's almost HALLOWEEN!!! Any plans guys?
Still torn between going to a party (10/31 is Monday, crap) or not.

current obsession

11.10.11

My vacation (more like going home for holidays) is over.
Back to Shanghai, back to reality...and it sucks.

AESOP is a lovely Australian brand which uses all natural ingredients.
I just finished using their parsley seed cleansing mask and the effects are great. Highly recommended!

Thanks for commenting on my blog,
the comments remind me I still have a blog...
